Zoe Saldana was born on the 19th of June, 1978, in Passaic, New Jersey, to Asalia Nazario and Aridio Saldana. Both her parents have both been Puerto Ricans. Her parents raised her in Queens, New York. Her family moved to Dominican Republic at the age of 10, where they'd stay for the rest of seven years. In the Dominican Republic, Zoe discovered a keen desire to perform and started her studies at the prestigious ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy where she studied ballet and other dance forms. The training she received was not only a great outlet for an energetic, passionate child, it was also the best preparation for her eventual profession as an actor. Zoe was able to move with her family to the United States at age 17 when she began to develop an interest in dance, and it was there that her passion for theater performances increased. Zoe not only held her own but also gained recognition from famous actors like Steven Spielberg, Jerry Bruckheimer, Keira, Knightley, Ashton Kutcher and Orlando Bloom. Numerous co-stars and producers and directors believe the sky's no limit in the case of Zoe, a rising star. Zoe has demonstrated an impressive range of talent, keen concentration, and steadfast determination in pursuing projects which challenge her with varying subject matters and character types. Zoey deutch is a Californian born actor. She is always and boldly expanding her work, both as an actor and producer. Her most recent projects include Not Okay (2020), for Searchlight/Hulu; as well as Something from Tiffany's for Amazon/Hello Sunshine. These films were both her own productions and starred as a lead. You can see her in Focus Feature's The Outfit 2022, directed by Graham Moore. She stars in the film alongside Mark Rylance & Dylan O'Brien. The next step is that Deutch will re-team with writer Katie Silberman for their second romantic comedy, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch and Silberman collaborated previously in Netflix's hit show Set It Up.
